The intent of this tender call is to obtain an offer to demolish and remove all surplus building material at 148 Melbourne Street, Centralia (former community centre) within the Municipality of South Huron. During the work, the contractor will be responsible for salvaging the belfry bell, 2,500 bricks and the building’s datestone. |
